System Restore - This is a simple tutorial on turning System Restore on and off. Sometimes, it may be necessary to disable System Restore before running any kind of virus or adware scans because the malicious files may be hiding in your Restore points, and that could cause you to become infected again. Note that if you disable System Restore, it will erase all currently existing System Restore points on your computer, and also make sure that you re-enable it when you are done with whatever it is that you are doing. - Download
